We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Crescent Dental is an out of network provider for all insurance plans except Delta Premier. However, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

You may also be interested in Care Credit – a third party financial group offering a line of credit for dental care fees for those who qualify. For those with insurance, we will help process your insurance claim for your reimbursement. Please review this policy prior to any treatment being started.

We’ve made arrangements with Care Credit, a company who will finance your dental work with approved credit. This will allow you to complete your dental work without delay, with interest as low as 0%. Please Ask for a brochure for details.
Our office is committed to helping patients maximize their benefits. Coverage amounts vary from policy to policy, and we can help you with determining your coverage and limits of liability. Due to the complexity of insurance contracts, we can only estimate in good faith, not guarantee coverage. Please be prepared to pay any patient portions and/or deductibles in full at the time of service. For your benefit, we can assist you by filing your insurance claim at no charge for you. Be aware that the balance incurred at our office is your personal responsibility regardless of your insurance company’s payment and coverage.
Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Crescent Dental holds no party to that contract and will not be responsible in the event your insurance company denies any claim.
For our patients 65 years and older, we offer a 10% bookkeeping reduction for payment at time of service.
